Workplace Well-being for the WHOLE Person

18-22%.png

Not only is the number of people being diagnosed with a disease or disorder steadily rising each year, but the age at which those are becoming diagnosed is also rapidly declining.

So what does that mean for our employees and caregiving?

Caregivers in the workforce were viewed as children assisting their elderly parents, typically with siblings assisting in the planning and delegating roles.

Now, our average employee is at risk for caring for their aging parents and a newly diagnosed partner or child.

Almost 50% of caregivers feel they have no choice but to take on caregiving responsibilities while working an average of 37.5 hours a week to keep their families afloat.

The interventions at the workplace have yet to be adjusted to the current caregiving roles, standards, or understandings.

Together we can identify a wide range of changes needed to intertwine the updated statistics, struggles, and reality of the person's well-being inside and outside the workplace.
