Today I had the privilege of discussing the importance of using your voice with Thor’s class. A portion of his second-grade class was some of my first-grade illustrators, and being able to explain why this story meant so much to me was such an honor.

Their pictures help tell a story of how different is beautiful and that sometimes our bodies fail us, but that does not mean we should forget them.
