You can apply this theory to any major change in life, but I use it with the caregiving community:
People will run into the woods, and people will run out of the forests.
Both of which will surprise you.
What is hard to see at that present moment is the true surprise is the gift of knowing.
Knowing who is there Knowing who you can turn to Knowing people can come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.
Knowing might be disappointing at the moment. It might hurt, keep you up at night, and sting for years. Even those that come into our lives for a reason or a season are here for a life lesson.
We may never know the lesson being learned. Still, if we can accept every day of darkness as a battery charging, preparing for incredible lightness, we can remember the gift is preparing to arrive.
